In some very interesting news from the Brainready Team, a standard spice in most people’s home has been found to have extremely high levels of antioxidant activity and other health promoting properties. The spice in question – oregano. Yes oregano. I think that the potential benefits of including spices like oregano and tumeric in your diet and of eating a wide range of whole foods should not be underestimated in relation to overall health and fitness. Education and Personal Training

One of the benefits of having a knowledgeable Personal Trainer is the education you will receive as part of the training process. You can of course study the basics of training and nutrition on your own but for many people the simple act of training with a good Personal Trainer will over time give you an excellent grounding in exercise technique and selection, weight selection, nutrition and motivation.
