If you’re looking for a healthy non-caffeinated tea, you should check out Rooibos. It has a lot of potential health benefits associated with it and this South African tea has been one of our drinks of choice for a while now. The people at BrainReady.com recently posted a great article on it that is worth checking out. You can read the article here.

Many people complain that they don’t have enough time to be active and get fit. You might be busy, but that doesn’t mean that you don’t have any options. One of the first things that you have to do is make your health and fitness a priority.
There are a variety of exercise options that can give you a great workout in 30 minutes or less. You don’t even need to go to a gym, you can do a tough bodyweight workout at home, do hill sprints or get active at a park and get your training session done in less than half an hour.
Be creative in relation to your fitness options. When catching up with friends, do something active; if you a going out at night, go to a dance party; if you have children, go for a bike ride with them. There are plenty of options, you just have to work within your schedule.

Unfortunately many people limit themselves, when it comes to their fitness options; they think fitness and automatically think of workouts at the gym and cardio sessions like walking and jogging. There are plenty of other activities that you can do where you can have fun and at the same time, get a great workout.
One option is to get involved in an active sport like swimming, tennis, football, or basketball. You can have fun, get plenty of activity and training with your team-mates or squad can increase your motivation for your workouts when you are at the gym.
If you are not interested in trying a sport or can’t think of a sport that you would enjoy, you could try dancing or a martial arts class as as a great workout option. There are a great variety of dance and martial arts styles that you could try, so you should be able to find one that suits you. Look around and when you find a class that you think you like, go for it. I have personally done and recommend both although I have been involved in the martial arts for much longer.
The important thing is to find something that interests you, don’t limit yourself and have fun.
