The body’s response to this type of training is to increase the metabolism and fat burning during and after exercise. It is important to maintain lean muscle tissue, so you should be training relatively heavy and by using supersets and circuits you can be more time efficient with your training.

Cat Naps and Memory

If you are learning from notes or a book and then have a nap, research suggests that you will retain the material better. This appears to work only if you have learnt the material well before the nap. So you still need to actually do the study before you have your nap.
