I found this great guide on increasing your pushup ability on Mike Roussell’s blog. Mike is the author of the Naked
Nutrition Guide. If you want to be able to lots of pushups, this is a good guide to start with. Of course you still need to do the work. (^_^)
One technique pointer – don’t hold your head up as you see in the photo. Instead keep your head in alignment with the rest of your body.

A few of the training gurus are now using the term “Energy System Development/Training” instead of “cardio”.
If you are doing interval training, steady state aerobic exercise or any form of metabolic training you are doing a form of energy system training.
