Get Support. Whether you want to loose fat, gain muscle, improve your sporting performance or just feel better, it is important to have people supporting you to help you reach your goals.  This support may be in the form of a Personal Trainer, training partner, family, friends or an online or offline group. They can help you especially when you are feeling flat or unmotivated. It can really make the difference between reaching your goals and not reaching them.

Kettlebells and Fat Loss

Sep 10, 2009 @ 11:08 am by wayne

Recently I have been doing more of my training with kettlebells. If you haven’t tried using them I highly recommend giving them a go. You can get a great full body workout done with one kettlebell in as little as 10 minutes and you don’t need to leave your home.

If you are interested in finding out how to use a kettlebell for fat loss, you should check out the kettlebell program from Turbulance Training called the Kettlebell Revolution. Even better at the moment they have an introductory 50% off sale.
