It’s Time To Do Something
There are many benefits for the individual (and therefore for society) of being physically active and for having a healthy eating pattern. Given that this is common knowledge, why are so many people not doing any physical activity and are eating so poorly?
Is it that we have come to rely on taking the easy path and that we are just too lazy to get off our butts and do something we know we should? We can spend hours watching TV, and playing video games but we can’t take 30 minutes of that time and train. We have access to a huge variety of easy to prepare healthy food options and instead we buy “fast” food.
I don’t know what the answer is but I think it’s time for everybody everybody to bite the bullet and do something toward improving their health and fitness.
