The Three Elements of Weight Management
Weight Management is an important aspect of your overall health and fitness. It doesn’t matter if you want to lose body fat, gain muscle or maintain your weight when your metabolism starts to slow down or for sporting purposes, there are three primary elements that you have to address if you want to achieve your weight goals. They are
1 – Nutrition
2 – Exercise and
3 – Behaviour
Even if you have one or even two of these elements under control, it is probable that you are not making the progress that you want. The one/s that you don’t have working, is/are probably sabotaging your progress.
