When Life Takes Control
It is very easy to let all the things happening in your life to take control of you instead of the other way around. Instead of looking after the important things like your health and fitness, you race everywhere trying to do everything and not actually accomplishing what you want to. Every so often, it is important to slow down, get your bearings, make any adjustments necessary and then move forward toward your goals.
