What Supplements Should You Use?
There are a number of supplements that I use that I believe are must haves if you are training hard and wanting to be fit, healthy and improve you body composition.
Currently these are the supplements in my kitchen.
Protein Powder – I have three different powders in my kitchen. One that I use for meal replacements, one for my workout drink and and another for post training.
Multi-purpose vitamin and mineral tablet – one a day as dietary insurance
Fish Oil
I am also using Creatine in my workout drink.
