Training By Moving House
This week I missed one of my scheduled training sessions. The reason is one, most big guys know about, helping a friend to move. It is just a fact of life, if you’re big, you’re first choice to help move heavy stuff. (^_^) The good thing about it, is that it does put into practice the strength that you have trained so hard to build up. You have to lift heavy stuff at awkward angles and body positions and have to maintain some nasty isometric contractions. It is a training session in itself. Admittedly not one that I want to do too often.
