Mobility Drills

Mobility drills have become an element within many training programs. They can be done as part of a dynamic warmup or to specifically improve the mobility of a joint. This video comes courtesy of Joe DeFranco and demonstrates roll-overs into V-sits, fire hydrant circles, mountain climbers and groiners.
