Is It Time For A Week Off?

Taking some time off from your weight training program is one of the best things you can do to keep your motivation high and ensure your progress. Depending on how long you have been training and the intensity at which you train, you may find taking up to a week off every four to twelve weeks to be very beneficial.

An off week does not mean that you do absolutely no activity for the week, instead this is a great time to do something different - take a yoga or pilates class or have a hit of tennis with your friends.
