Training Tip – Have Fun

One of the things that will help ensure that you get good results and make your training more consistant is if you are doing something that you actually like doing.

This doesn’t mean that you can just drop any element that you don’t like (eg. strength training) but it does mean if you aren’t enjoying the style of training you are doing at the moment, you can ask your trainer to change things around for you.

Sure, training is hard work but you don’t need to make it harder on yourself.
