According to research coming out of the UK, by ensuring that you follow 4 basic behaviours, you increase the likelihood of living a longer healthier life. The behaviours in question are:
- don’t smoke
- eat lots of fruits and vegetables
- exercise regularly
- drink alcohol in moderation
I think that most people already recognise the benefit of these behaviours, the problem is that a lot of people are not actually following them.
