High Fat, High Carb Meals
Recent research has confirmed that eating high fat, high carbohydrate fast food meals produces damaging inflammation and oxidative stress. This oxidative and inflammatory stress predisposes people to heart disease and stroke. Of concern is that these effects are longer lasting in obese people than in normal weight people.
The bottom line is that you should avoid high fat, high carb fast food meals and consume plenty of fruit and vegetables.
