Seasons Greetings
I will be without a computer for the next few day, so I thought I would just like to wish everybody the best for the holiday season. Enjoy the food (but don’t go overboard if your trying to loose bodyfat) and the time spent with friends and family. Remember you can use this period as a training break or if you want to get some training in that isn’t going to put a spanner in everybody else’s day - do some short bodyweight workouts. Have fun!
