Eating Over The Holidays
I believe that you should eat sensibly at Xmas but not be too strict about it. It is important to enjoy the day, the company and the food. You will make people uncomfortable if you are too focused on what you “shouldn’t” eat. On the other hand, you should try not to “pig out” and eat everything in sight. Unless of course, you are on a serious bulking cycle. (^_^)
