Here are some random thoughts on training and nutrition:

  • For a good basic training approach, train 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes each session
  • Primarily use compound movements
  • Think interval training instead of steady state cardio
  • Incorporate some form of structured progression in your program design
  • Eat healthy and eat often
  • Make good food choices most of the time
