Random Thoughts
Here are some random thoughts on training and nutrition:
- For a good basic training approach, train 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes each session
- Primarily use compound movements
- Think interval training instead of steady state cardio
- Incorporate some form of structured progression in your program design
- Eat healthy and eat often
- Make good food choices most of the time
