Holiday Workout Ideas
If you are going on a holiday this Xmas and won’t have the time to train normally or have access to your normal gym, don’t worry. Use the time for a change of pace and either do a bodyweight workout or find a local gym and have some fun. If they have equipment that you don’t have at your normal gym, try it out. Mix up your reps and sets, do some strongman training or exercises that you don’t normally do. Just one proviso – don’t injure yourself.
