Healthy Computing Tip
It is important to move your body regularly if you are stuck in front of a computer all day. Every 15 minutes do a posture check and move around a little. You need to ensure that your posture is good and that you aren’t holding too much tension in any one area. When you have a chance, get up and go for a walk.
