Women And Weight Training
If you are currently doing light weights and steady state cardio, is it giving you the results you want? If not, it is time for a change – start lifting heavier and doing interval training.
The bottom line is that relatively heavy weight training will give better results in terms of body composition and will not cause the average women to look too big!!
