Aging is the loss of frequent physical activity capability due to decrements in one’s muscle strength. With the loss of frequent physical activity capability, inactivity occurs. However, inactivity isn’t the culprit causing muscle strength loss. The loss is caused by daily physical and mental stresses in life that push one’s body to its limits.
Mental and physical stresses put the same kind of pressure on to your muscles. Getting upset or angry at something, working for long hours is equivalent to lifting a 30kg weight from the ground.
Same muscles will be contracting in both cases. The continuous contraction of muscles and the pressure applied by it will damage joints and muscles. Such damage will build up in time and start to kill the muscle cells. Finally, the death of many muscle cells and inactivity caused by these decrease in muscle strength will lead to aging.
As seen in the diagram below , overloading the body leads to permanent damage on muscle tissues.
Damage on these muscle tissues will lead to inflammations and in the end your body will urge you to rest. Conventional exercises like walking, swimming or cycling assigned by doctors don’t have any positive effect on a body that has weak and damaged muscle tissues since it will just cause more damage to the muscle and again lead the body to rest.
Remember that the muscle damage is caused by overloading the body. So in order to begin repairing the muscle damage, first we must prevent the body from overloading and we can do this by increasing the strength of the body. Since muscles are an important factor in increasing the strength of the body, we should focus on increasing the muscle strength first. After we reach an optimal muscle strength, we should be looking forward to increase the qualities of other life aspects like mental health and nutrition.
The E.F.E.E program by Semra Ercan aims to increase muscle strength of any individual being to a level that will prevent overloading and, therefore, decrease or prevent the muscle tissue damage.
This exercise program allows any person from any age group to do their daily work without any concern for disability or pain occurrence due to their physical problems and complications.

Patentli ve dünyada bir benzeri olmayan E.F.E.E. egzersiz yöntemi , mevcut kas gücünün her kas grubu bazında ayrı ayrı ölçülmesine dayanmaktadır.
