DAY 1

Applying a muscle strength test where every muscle group’s functional capability is measured. Obtaining a medical record of the patient and determining the current mental and physical stress levels.

DAY 2

Starting the exercise program that is formulated specifically for the patient’s every muscle group and according to his/her medical records.

Applying to extracurricular activities and meeting other applicants.

DAY 3

Meeting with the dietitian and seminar about the nutrition program.

Beginning of the extracurricular activities.

DAY 4

Meeting with the stress management specialists and seminar about the stress management program.

2nd phase of the exercise program starts.

DAY 5

Nutrition workshop and seminar.

Extracurricular activities.

DAY 6

3rd phase of the exercise program starts.

Stress Management workshop and seminar.

DAY 7

Nutrition workshop and seminar.

The program is designed to have 3 days of exercise, 2 days of nutrition, 2 days of stress management, workshops and seminars and it will end in 4 weeks.

At the end of this 4 week, another muscle test is applied on the patient to see the development in the muscle strength. It is recommended that until the optimal muscle strength is reached exercise should be continued.

Unlike traditional exercises muscle strength gained with this exercise won’t be lost over many years. Therefore, exercise can be continued after many years from where you left off.
